A high energy, high output class that combines cardio, toning, & strength. Optimal for burning fat, increasing your heart rate, and gaining muscle. Four minute exercise sequences consisting of eight 20 second intervals of intense work followed by a brief rest period. Students will learn body weight exercises with minimal equipment needed- ideal for those looking to learn exercises to supplement their home workout practices.

A high-energy full body strength work out set to your favorite music videos & playlists on the big screen. Each week we choose a new playlist theme (think 90s, hip hop, country, halloween, etc.) Party style multi-color lighting and loud music will transport you out of a traditional gym style work out and into a club or dance studio, while providing the same benefits. . Get ready to sweat, groove, and have a blast!

The ambience in the theater is dark and calming, with colored lighting and relaxing visuals on a big screen. The instructor will guide you through a series of meditation exercises including breathing and visualization work to help deepen inner connection and relax your mind and mind.
