A 45-minute mat class to help strengthen the core muscles and improve flexibility and balance. Pilates uses a combination of body weight and targeted movements to improve physical and mental wellbeing. It helps to improve posture, reduce stress, increase flexibility, and build strength.

This class blends ballet-inspired movements with strength training for a sculpted, lean physique. Set to energizing music, Barre Fusion focuses on precise, controlled exercises that target your core, legs, and arms. Join us to tone up, enhance your flexibility, and feel strong and balanced.

A high energy, high output class that combines cardio, toning, & strength. Optimal for burning fat, increasing your heart rate, and gaining muscle. Four minute exercise sequences consisting of eight 20 second intervals of intense work followed by a brief rest period. Students will learn body weight exercises with minimal equipment needed- ideal for those looking to learn exercises to supplement their home workout practices.

Each week we choose a new playlist theme (think 90s, hip hop, country, halloween, etc.) Party style multi-color lighting and loud music will transport you out of a traditional gym style work out and into a club or dance studio, while providing the same benefits. .
