We ask that you cancel your class registration as soon as possible so our instructors can plan accordingly, however we will refund single classes or packages that are cancelled within 4 hour of the class for another class credit. If nobody is signed up for class 4 hours before class start, we will take the class off the schedule as a courtesy to the instructor. We will send you an email if we have to cancel any classes you are signed up for and you will receive a refund or credit for that class. Gift cards, packages, & monthly passes are non-refundable.

Sign up for our classes is done by pre-registering online. However, in a pinch, we are able to accommodate walk-ins with cash payment only.

Equipment such as free weights, resistance bands, blocks, straps, & mats are provided. Please clean your mat after use with the cleaning spray on the equipment shelf.

The entrance is in the back door of the Maco Theater and there is free 2 hour parking in the back lot. Please follow walking path and take off street shoes before walking on the studio floor.

There are two single stall, handicap accessible restrooms for use for any changing or bathroom needs.

Most classes are suitable for beginners because modifications are offered, however please read the class descriptions or reach out to us with any questions before deciding if the class is right for you.

Doors open 15 minutes before classes start.

Yes! For inquiries regarding parties, meetings, & other events, please fill out our event request form or contact us to discuss details.

We are passionate about building a fun network of fitness instructors and therefore are always open to taking on the right person if our schedule allows.
